"Entire property had a distinct odor throughout. Carpet pulling up in hallway and stairwell Roku tv that didn’t work."

"Great"

"Beds are really hard. Don't plan on getting any kind of trailer in and out of parking lot. Bathroom door was smashed and tub was pretty nasty. Maintenance is lacking."

"Bathtub was disgusting and unusable. Room was non smoking and smelled like someone had been smoking in there for weeks. Do not book here."

"The room was filthy. The carpets were disgusting. The people beside you wake up crack a** of dawn coffin, listening music."

"Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Basement suite was very large and had everything we needed.Property was beautiful, close to down and our venue. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very clean. Not what I expected but was fine. The bedroom with the bunk bed needs a better cooling system. I couldn't sleep with the door closed because it would get too warm but overall it was a fine place to stay."

"Comfortable beds, price is reasonable, easy access to location. Host was accommodating. "

"Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...

"We had a great stay at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was a lot of open gathering space, and we enjoyed the hot tub and serene view of corn fields. Would definitely return!"

"My coworker and I stayed here for the summer and it was exactly what we were looking for. Mary was easy to reach and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was nice to have a home away from home here"

"Mold in the rooms."

"We stayed here for the ren fest and had a great experience. Nice breakfast, amazing staff, and the room was very comfortable."

"Never would recommend - completely disgusting."

"When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable."
