"LOUD! This is putting things lightly. If you’re expecting a peaceful night, just forget about it. All rooms face the bar which live music will shake your room until midnight. They start around 8 PM which is mostly when families are trying to relax. Then the kitchen staff will keep you up until 1 AM as they clean up everything and talk very loudly and drop all their stuff right outside your door. "I don’t often review anything but felt the need this time given how bad it was. For over $400 for 2 nights you would expect something to actually work. Firstly, it’s not a cabin, it’s basically a mine site demountable. It was highlighted that wifi was on glute property - it did not work. The front security screen did not lock. We received messages about kids urinating in the playground. The oven sounded like it was an aeroplane. The TV turned on but you couldn’t watch tv as there was no channel...

"We loved the location, which was close to the store and the beach. Unit was spacious but bedrooms had limited movement space. Beds were comfortable. Bedsheet was torn. Floors and under beds were very dusty affecting sinuses. No multi-purpose spray for benchtops and wiping. Loved the outside area with the heater."

"We had a wonderful stay at Allistone. Between the swimming pool, basketball and pool table the kids were kept happy, even on the rainy days. The house has all the amenities to make for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.Paul was very helpful and accomodating. Will definitely return!"
