"The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property."

"Comfortable, clean and accessible "

"Nice & to quaint home to get away from it all. Truly a hidden gem!"

"Our host was amazing. She was very attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better hose. The house is beautiful and it was spotless when we came in. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to fit your whole family."

"Very clean place and quiet! I would definitely stay again."

"The home is family friendly as a group a girlfriends got together. Loved that the home was very clean and possessed nice thoughtful items to support our stay. Having never been to Franklin it was far enough to enjoy the quiet and close enough for us to attend the Hampton Jazz Festival. We plan on making this one of our annual events. The host was magnificent. We couldn’t have asked for a more detailed oriented host that quickly answered question’s. Donna M"

"Property would be perfect for a large family with kids. Beautiful location. Property did have some wear on the tires, but a very cozy spot."
