"The house is quiet and peaceful. Amazing for the price. Host respected privacy. I would recommend an actual mattress (not a futon) in master bedroom. Also doors do not stay open so I would recommend door stops. "

"When we first arrived we thought we were getting the whole house based on the exterior photo of the listing, but then looking at the listing again we realized it was a basement apartment. It was fine though and served our basic needs during our stay in Colorado. "

"House was charming and welcoming. Stayed for athletic event with three other families. Tons of room for everyone, loved the massage chair and the outdoor areas. House was well equipped and owners met us at check in to show us around and answer any questions. "

"Property is a quiet little country home! We was only there at night, we was in town to see family. Only draw back was after you leave the pavement the dirt roads was kind of washboard. Plus side we could take my sisters little dog with us. "

"Host, Edina, was wonderful. She was easy to contact and always replied quickly. The accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated, and easily accessible. There was street construction, but Edina kept us informed each step of the way so there were little to no inconveniences. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Denver."
