When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

"Everything was nice. But the walls are paper thin. Whoever was next to me had a child who was screaming at 7 in the morning for an hour. People talking outside of my door at night. Very annoying."
