"I have always wanted to go to the Outer Banks and see the wild horses. We take a couples getaway each year, and prefer to stay somewhere quiet and secluded. We love fishing and being active outdoors. This place was perfect for us. No need to go on the horse tours, we saw horses every time we left the house. "Just a few suggestions. Much needed maintenance , would definitely be more attractive to rent if outside was pressure washed. Inside was ok except some dead bugs behind curtains. Just needs a good cleaning. Upstairs washer has a terrible smell in it. And living room very hot maybe a mini split in that room would be nice.We loved pool and home is very close to ocean Beach is very beautiful and private."

"Property was easy to get into. Andrew is great to deal with. I forgot my last payment and he texted me to remind me and I was able to pay and not loose my reservation. On key thing, although the listing says 4x4 it was easy for us to overlook the fact that there was an unpaved road on the beach that was required to get to the home. Thank goodness we had 4x4.
