"This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. "This is a great place to stay if you're in the area. It is conveniently located just off base, so you get to see a lot of cool planes flying around throughout the day. The entire place was very clean and looked like it had been recently redone. The host is super responsive and very nice. Having access to laundry was a big plus, and they even provide some great board games and extra towels. Overall it was a great stay and we'll definitely stay here again when we come back to the area."

"Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...
