"Even before check in communication was very quick and easy. There was nothing lacking once we got there. The house was immaculate and had literally everything we needed. Couldn't imagine a better spot to stay. We're already planning our next stay and we are still 4 hours from home from this vacation. If there were more than 5 stars we would rate it that. Definitely 5!!!"

"Property was exactly as it was advertised. Can tell that it had recently been renovated and inside was very comfortable. One of the reasons we went with this property was because it was dog friendly. With all the remodeling being done, there was a bunch of building material in the backyard, and we had to make sure the dog wasn't getting into anything it shouldn't. All in all, the house was perfect for what we needed for one night."

We especially appreciated being within walking distance to New Bern Coffee Roasters on Middle street--where they make a great cup of lattes, etc. We also would highly recommend The Old Pinnix restaurant/toatery and bar. "We were in New Bern for a wedding with some things happening downtown and the wedding at Amelia Grove. This was the perfect place to base out of. Close to downtown and a short drive from the venue. There were just enough beds and baths for everyone and the bonus was that we were able to bring our dogs so we didn't need to board them while we were gone. "This was a great stay! Beautifully appointed new home in a young neighborhood. We felt so at home. We stayed during a very rainy period and it was great to be able to grill on the screened in porch without going all the way outside and pull into a garage using the garage remote.
