"This place was awesome. Great location. Quiet. There were a few imperfections we took pictures on upon arrival just because the refundable deposit was pretty expensive to stay. For instance, a corner of the tall lamp by the little closet had a piece of the stone woodstove slab under it to keep it level. These things didn't effect the quality of our stay I'm just a licensed home inspector so that's what I do. We had a great time and plan to come back. Would give it 10 stars if I could. "

"Kind of rustic. The owner is great. If you have a question he will answer immediately. He will try to help any way he can. Plan to stay with him again. Good place to go if you want to get away. The closest store is 3 miles away."

"My company moved me from Down East to Atlanta last year and this was a great spot for our Spring Break trip back to the coast. There was plenty of space for all of us (I have 2 20-something and 1 high school age sons). The location was great, and the host was fantastic. We will be booking this place again on our next visit, hopefully soon!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin on the water. Lisa and Janet were great to work with, the cabin was very clean, and use of the docks and boat ramps was an added bonus. My wife loved sitting on the front porch and watching the boats pass by and my boys and I caught plenty of fish. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. "This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. We were a little early for fishing but we still tried our best down at the dock! The ducks were migrating north and one day we must've seen thousands of them flying by in a flock for over 30 minutes. It was really interesting and so beautiful- and our dog enjoyed watching them from the dock. If you're looking for a cozy, quaint cottage in a laid back little town, this is the place for you!
