Hair and dirt all over the walls in the bathroom. The sheets were disgusting and the room smelled like straight up dirty gym socks. Pool was dirty. Just really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The Fontaine is in our rotation when traveling to KC. It continues to be very suitable for its location, cleanliness, comfort and value. Are the rooms in need of updating? maybe, but not to extent of calling them tired. We love visiting the bar on the 7th floor off the pool deck, though pool was not open for the season yet on this stay. Some of the best happy hour drinks you'll find anywhere! On matter of bathroom towel racks, none except one in the shower, not sure why there aren't any on...

"It was fine. Nothing overtly awful, but nothing was great either. The staff were all great, but the breakfast was awful, poor quality (the tater tots were freeze burnt, pastries weren’t even thawed). Plenty of parking. For a one night stay fine, but if you’re here for more than that, I’d pass."

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like...

"I would definitely stay here again. A nice hotel and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was also very enjoyable and had a little bit of variety each day. Here's some feedback for La Quinta… 1. Fix your ice machine machines! 2. Put some towel bars in the bathrooms! A room with two queen beds is clearly meant for multiple people. However, there was a single hook on the wall. No rod to hang multiple bath towels, no place for hand towels. One single hook for everyone to share for every type...
