"We really enjoyed our stay! We spent Penn State THON weekend there and it was perfect for our family! Dawn was easy to reach and helpful. Perfect host. The location to Penn State is very close, seven minutes to Bryce Jordan Center! The house is clean, updated, comfortable. They even had coffee/tea bar and waffle bar fully stocked! We will return and stay again! Thank you Dawn! "

"Great location close to everything! You are able to walk the downtown and the river very easily. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and the check in instructions were easy. The building is a little older and doesn’t retain heat as well so make sure you bring warmer clothes for a winter stay. They did have a space heater in the bedroom to use so that was great! Overall a good stay, would come back again! "

"I love the mountain view, and the location. We enjoyed hiking the Bells Majestic view, toured Penn's Cave and enjoyed local restaurants. The house was clean and decor fit yhe cabin vibe.It was nice and cozy. I specifically enjoyed all the amenities. We had access to cups, plates and dishes ( we made sure to washed them before leaving).In the Bathroom we had everything we needed toiletries soaps etcs. We brought our own stuff as we didn't think it included it but its a nice thing to have. The...

"Great stay and a super convenient house in relation to campus. Frank and Cher were amazing hosts and great communicators. We had one need to reach out during the and it was almost immediately resolved. Super cute split level house with all the amenities you could ask for plus a very welcome snack basket and well apportioned coffees to choose from. We would definitely stay here again. "
