  • Our stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in State College, PA, is conveniently located just 7 minutes to Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center, and all things Penn State.

    The open and spacious living area, adorned with contemporary furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere. The sleek design and modern décor give the entire space a chic and comfortable feel.

    With easy access to campus, this townhome is perfect for visiting students, parents, or anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of State College.

    The space:
    Harvest Meadows Haven is conveniently located near the State College Airport, Nittany Valley Sports Centre (the Centre), Penn State Campus and Beaver Stadium, and just 12 minutes to State College city center. This is a brand new construction townhome completed in December 2023 and has ample space for you and your friends and family.

    Guest access:
    Guest will have access to the entire house, including garage parking for two cars and ample driveway space for 3-4 cars.

Brett’s townhouse was a great choice for our wknd stay in State College. Lots of space, very clean & comfortable, located adjacent to the airport and less than 10 minutes from Bryce Jordan/Beaver Stadium. During our stay, Brett reached out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this place if you're in town for a sporting event or campus activity!

Florida People at Penn State

Our stay at Penn State was perfect!! Exactly what we needed while our son was at a hockey camp at Pegula Ice Rink. The townhouse was very clean, beautiful and great space! The host was so responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here! Hope to have another trip to Penn State in the near future and would def look into re-booking! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Penn State family weekend

We had the best time visiting my niece, nephew, and my son at Penn State for the weekend!! We felt right at home in this beautiful house!The accommodations are luxury! The communication was excellent and we would love to stay here again! I have been coming to Penn State for three years and this is by far my favorite place!!

Perfect State College Location

Townhouse is extremely nice and clean. We were in town for a tournament and this home was located within 15 minutes of all locations games were being held. Perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Would book again if in area!!!

Penn State Townhome

This townhome was quite lovely! It was nicer than expected and hands down the cleanest VRBO stay!! The location is a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and about 10-15 min from the college. We will most definitely choose to stay here again and again and again!!!
