"Over all I loved the villas . They definitely have a very cabiny feel so they aren’t brand new and black and white and modern however they were very clean. I also just really loved that there was 2 BATHROOMS! I have a family of 6 and we can’t all share 1 bathroom haha! We will be back for sure! I also really enjoyed that they had games and movies :) My one downside was that they are not 100% level and I felt like on the edges it leaned a bit more than I would have expected . "We had a great time! Apartment was clean, calm, and extremely close to Canal Park. "

"Our unit was ready early so we were able to check in an hour early. Beautiful property! One member of our party had stayed here before and recommended it to our group. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would come again."

"Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. "We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!"

"Very comfortable and pleasant accommodations. The space was well-appointed, with the standard staples and reasonably sized mugs and plates (not too big!). The lighting was very nice -- both the natural light from all the windows and the many lights and lamps provided. We like to hang out and play games or read and this rental was great for that. The view was lovely and will surely be quite stunning in a week or two when Duluth reaches peak fall color!"
