"The staff was very nice but didn’t inform us of anything. We had to ask. It was a 5 night stay without any kind of refresh of the room. There was an ice bucket but no cups. No coffee machine in room. It’s very outdated. The light shade in bathroom was broken with visible dead bugs. The separate bedroom was extremely noisy.the pool was on the other side of the wall and machine ran all night."

"Clean and quiet room. The lady who checked us in was lovely and helpful."

"Kolten is a great VRBO host, he’s very quick to respond to messages, and caring in that he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay. My boyfriend and I stayed in the camper with our dog, and the area was perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. They have a beautiful, newly built deck that we spent the nights sitting at and playing cards while enjoying the stars. The property is on a small lake which had amazing views, and we also used the kayaks provided to explore...

"Great camper in an easy to find spot. Easy access from car to camper. Quick walk down to the river on the back of the property. A/c worked great, yard games available, No cell or WiF- so phones did not work at all-which was just fine for most of us but one teenager was devastated. Nice to be able to bring our dog with us."

"All in all I had a nice time at the cabin. It's very rustic. It's well kept and fairly clean aside from some mouse droppings in the corners. It's in the woods so perhaps to be expected. There are plenty of dishes etc to make your stay comfortable. My dogs loved running around the yard. The queen bed was very comfortable. Cons: The air conditioner is old and barely works. If the temperature is above 68 it does not do anything. I came during a very hot point during the summer and it was a little...

"Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more."

"Peaceful place to stay while I was visiting the to run a marathon. The heater did not work (furnace made a very loud screeching noise and no heat came out of it vent), the plug for the microwave did not work, and I had to wait hours for someone to come help with propane so I could use the stove to heat up food after running a marathon. The remote also had no batteries, so there was no way to watch tv. For the price, it was not worth it, but it was the only option that was “affordable” in the...

"Very beautiful property, reasonable price, clean & stocked home with hot water & a sauna! Very fast communication & friendly, accommodating hosts. Everything we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay at the cabin. Great location near Chubb Lake and close to town."

"This is an amazing VRBO! The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, organized and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean and welcoming! The treehouse and screened in porch were wonderful! The location had easy access to trails and a really quick drive to Jay Cooke for more trails. We were able to work remotely with great internet service. Our stay was in July, but we would also love to stay here over the winter months with close access to...

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since...

"The hot water heater stopped working & the septic system needed attention."

"This is a great spot! The hosts are lovely. The house is well decorated, clean, with a well appointed kitchen. The only thing we were surprised by is that the water is not directly near the house but separated by a quiet road. Nonetheless, there were lots of boats and floaties to use and the water itself was well kept with minimal rocks and an easy entry and exit point. Would come back here!"

"Wonderful communication from host, beautiful property for a chill girls weekend and only complaint is wishing we would have booked another day! Perfect."

"Such a beautiful property! Host had amazing communication and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner!Would definitely recommend this cute cabin get away!"

"Friendly hostess!"
