"Very impressed with the landscape! Wasn't a good time to go just because it rained all 3 days but there wouldn't be another cabin I'd rather have been at. Very clean! Manager was very informative!. Nice warm fireplace inside. Had it not rained we would have been able to light a fire outside while listening to the stream that's literally in your backyard. Very impressed with Vermont. Very impressed with the property. Thank you very much!"

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"My family and I had a great stay at this charming condo. The location was convenient right in the center of Stowe and next to the market. So close to amazing restaurants and Stowe resort. The place was clean and a perfect size for our short trip. Would highly recommend and love to stay again! "

"It was fun to stay so close to town and yet nor feel like a tourist from out of state just there to ski. We enjoyed walking around Morrisville and dinner at Moogs. Drove home through the Mad River Valley which is always beautiful. Aaron’s place is just right"

"The house is as advertised. It was nice to sit in the hot tub at night and listening to the owls. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.While both TVs seemed to have surround sound systems or speakers, we could not figure out how to engage them (and these kinds of things are not new to us). I would recommend that someone write up some directions and leave in each room - it would have been nice to enjoy those features, especially in the big 'theater room' downstairs. "The Mountain Lakes community is an incredible part of the Woodsville, Haverhill, Bath, NH area. Close to all of the industrial areas in Woodsville with the beauty and solitude that the area has to offer. This home was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy privacy but still have a big common area to share and hang out. "Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. "Very secluded and quiet."

"It was the perfect getaway to block out the world, to slow it down for a moment in time. The fire pit along the babbling brook surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a small table was a very welcomed ambiance as I watched the smoke from the fire pit roll on up with the breezes down the brook. I thoroughly enjoyed dipping and wiggling my toes in the water. It was cooling and refreshing. The amenities were straightforward and humble. No fuss, common sense of environment. Well done! "

"This is a cute small space - great for one person or a couple. The owner was very responsive to a particular issue and that is extremely helpful in a winter situation.It is close to ski mountains and hiking trails for those in the summer months. Off the beaten track and quiet."

"Check-in was contactless and easy, parking was plentiful on property, and house was clean/well stocked with games and kitchen equipment. Located close to many beautiful hikes and fun towns. Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. Overall nice property and communicative hosts!"

"Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers."
