"We stayed at this VRBO for a weekend, as we were attending a wedding nearby. The property was very clean, easy to find, and the host was exceptional! Thank you to the host. The host was extremely cordial and helpful with recommendations. In the morning of our second day, the heater went off, and it was very cold. "Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star...

"Our stay at the Kestrel Hotel in Philly was great! The room was super clean and cute! The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! "

"This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!"

"Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up...
