"I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I traveled out of town (7hrs) to Killeen Tx. to attend a gender reveal and visit my son that’s in the military. I didn’t get the proper sleep do to the sound of crickets, I got settled in my room around 7pm, but around a little after 8 that’s when the nightmare begins with the sounds of crickets( insects) coming from my ac unit. I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later...

"The property was full of people hanging around that seemed to be addicted to drugs of some form. The police was on property searching someone room. The noise was unbearable. I left early in fear of being robbed. I wasted my money and time going to this location. Would not recommend."

"The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time.
