"We gathered for a small girls getaway to celebrate a 50th birthday. This was a great location, clean space, and had a beautiful view with access to the water. Kevin was very responsive & the checkin process was seamless. Highly recommended!"

"Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft."

"Wonderful stay beautiful view! We even extended a day and the host was responsive and took care of everything, we would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed at Cedar Lodge while at ski races at Gunstock. I was by myself and the condo was perfect for me. The snacks and bottled water were a nice touch. It was a great visit.Thank You,Bruce"

"Great location for us. We are going to a Camp Kabeyun reunion and it was very convenient. There was some cleanliness issues with crumbs and such but overall the property was great."

"The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back"

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull...

The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. "My husband and I absolutely loved the property! The cottage is beautiful, it was stocked with everything you may need. The view from the front porch was breathtaking!! "The house smelled horrible; it seems to have a mold problem. Couches were dirty, and the temperature was set to 50 degrees. It took the house two hours to warm up. Limited blankets; we could only find one. We walked downstairs and discovered three unmade bunk beds and a refrigerator full of food. We wondered if people were living there. The stairs only lock from the basement side and there is a door leading to the outside, so that did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this...

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion.
