Our family friendly condo is part of a small, peaceful and serene association located directly on Lake Winnisquam, adorned with impeccable landscaping with beautiful flowers and plantings, private lake access and day docks available for use. Our modern 3-bedroom unit features an open floor plan with living room/dining room combo, a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, an updated bathroom with modern nautical finishes, and 3 large bedrooms each equipped with TVs and decadent queen beds. The private deck offers stylish and comfortable seating, an electric grille, and unobstructed lake views.

Day Dock rental

Guests who would like to rent a Day Dock, the cost is $100/day. Guests must submit a request form ahead of the rental date to confirm availability.
