"This house was perfect for myself, my husband and 2 adult children. We were in town from AZ visiting family and sightseeing up north. The house was very clean and much bigger than we expected! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. I received the check-in information the morning of arrival, as expected. Parking was a breeze in the lot behind the house. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s cabin. It was a great home base for us as we traveled around the area (Hillman, Alpena, Clear Lake State Park beach, Ocqueoc Falls, and Rogers City). The cabin was comfortable. It was close quarters but suited our needs. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us."

"This property was so well stocked! From welcome snacks, to qtips the amenities were amazing! So clean! The bedding was so soft I’m buying those sheets! We came for an annual family fishing trip, and even tho the fishing was slow we had a great time! "This cottage on Lake Avalon was very well suited for our family reunion. The kids and grandkids LOVED the water activity with an ample supply of fun (kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, the floating trampoline, canoe, etc) ...so much fun.The house worked out great with super fast and solid wi-fi, any kitchen utensil and dish you could ask for, 2 fridges, lots of towels, blankets, bed space, and bathrooms. Huge kitchen island for gathering :-)The outdoor space is king here, with the very large patio,...

"Our family get together was enjoyable because we were not on top of each other every family had their own unit if we wanted alone time we had our own unit. Cleaning staff did not do a good job, baseboards were dirty, cobwebs throughout units. ovens were filthy and a couple of air condition units were not working but the units...
