"We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked."

It is owned by a camp ground and they have no choice words to make sure you know it and stay away. Keys are in a lock box but my communication said they would be under a mat.
