"Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm."

From the spices, cookware, dishes, and towels in the kitchen, to the extra pillows, blankets, cots, and air mattresses for the bedrooms, to the boards and sleds for fun at the Dunes, everything was clean and well-stocked. "This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling. "

"Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. "This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative."

"Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! "

"This home was a wonderful place for us to experience a much-needed getaway! It exceeded our expectations, and was exactly what we needed! It was so fun to see how Gail & Michael lovingly and creatively put this home together by repurposing materials. The house was perfectly clean and tidy, the hosts were great to communicate with, and they have thought of everything! We love to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked and set up to make that an easy and fun experience. Our dog felt right at home...

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...
