"We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park."

"Treadmills good sauna and spa nice but sauna they need to turn on earlier. Room upgrade was good. Have stayed multiple times. "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"Great location walking distance to CBD and restaurant. Room was clean and a good size with a small kitchen. Only down fall was our AC wasn’t working so a fan was offered. "

"The cabin has everything that was needed for a one night stay. However, I don't think that the floors had been vacuumed or mopped..... I wasn't there long enough to observe or use any of the common facilities so I cannot comment. The checkin was very easy and the staff member was very friendly."
