"The house was great, spacious living areas and master bedroom, well equipped kitchen. The other bedrooms were good sized single rooms, and the teenage daughter enjoyed her bedroom and privacy. The ducted heating (and cooling) was great, very comfortable temperature wise. For a family of 4 an extra toilet would have been good, however the bathroom and toilet are separate, so that helped.
