"I always stay here when I need to be south of the river for hospital etc . Lovely warm atmosphere very helpful staff. Good location for everything city short distance, then lots of really good restaurants and eatery’s on Preston street 5 minutes walk. And one of the best bakery’s in WA at Preston street shops plus fantastic hair dresser and ladies fashion shop. It’s got everything even a chemist ."

"The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. And if you have been to Perth, you know that it can be hot in early March. And it was. The check-in was a disaster. The front desk is open only from 10 am to 2 pm, and the phone number they have listed is outdated. You would only know the right number to call if you went to the front desk and read the notice posted on the...

Whilst the location was good and communication with host was very easy, the property was not a good fit for us and had some aspects that suggest it is not a well planned holiday unit. Very very uncomfortable cheap beds and the bathroom was not ventilated at all which makes it wet all the time and slightly mouldy in the shower.
