"The hotel is located on a little bit further south of the city and not busy neighbourhood. Easy access to the city by tram The cleanliness is okay, we just stayed one night and didn't use much of the property but enjoyed the whole thing"

"The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again. "

"Easy check in process The facilities were first class. The food was yummy and the mini bar was probably the biggest and varied choices I’ve ever seen in a hotel room."

"Check in was good with Steve (young) welcoming us. Though we have an Express service on Fri and full service on Mon, there was not enough of toiletries and tissues for the two of us. Also the salt and pepper sachets were not replenished during both the services. "

"The quilt was stained and lots of yellow stains all over it. Sadly didn’t see it till 11pm on my last night. The curtain in shower had mould on it. Wasn’t too worried about it at the bottom of the curtain but in the middle of it at chest/abdomen thigh, there were a few stains. Staff aren’t overly observant. The checkin is split in 2, so you don’t where to stand when they have 1 person on each side. Then, another person comes, sees me waiting and then moves over to the other counter to do some...

"The early morning staff was rude. I needed to check-out early, at around 4am, I did a valet parking, and I told the day staff that I will be checking out early so I needed my car at around 4am, he told me that there will be no problem only to be told rudely by morning staff that I did not specify the time that I will be checking out."
