"Very nice 4 bedroom home with close proximity to airport and motorways. Front door lock was troublesome and garage door would not open which was not a big deal, parked in driveway. Owners were wanting to fix whilst there but did not want that hassle."

"The property was close to my son's residence which was what I was seeking. It was clean, comfortable and close to shops, cafes etc. It also had a folder full of useful & local information.I would choose it again if it's available next time I travel to Perth."

"We loved how close it was to the train station, a huge convince for myself visiting perth for work in the city. The hosts were the most friendly and welcoming I have ever experienced in 10 years of short stays. Great kitchen with views in all directions."

"Van was an excellent host, very quick to respond to questions and provided great information. The house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped, including good central aircon. Location was great. Very close to public transport (train), and lots of workable options for cafes and supermarkets. Definitely would book this one again. "

"Five stars all the way! Our stay at the Duxton Hotel Perth was amazing. The room was immaculate, the staff were incredibly friendly, and Firewater Grille was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed both brunch and dinner there, and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is so elegant, stylish, and luxurious. It truly made us feel like we were enjoying a five star experience. We can't wait to return!"

"This is not the cheapest hotel in Perth but I would rate it as one of the best. Staff are always very welcoming & pleasant. Hotel facilities are top notch. Special mention to Marilese (not sure how to spell), CJ, Stuart & all time nice guy, Rohan. Highly recommended."

"Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."
