"We had a very good stay overall and would rate the property 4/5. The home was clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. The management company runs things well, and communication was smooth.A couple of areas could be improved. The hot tub was a nice feature, but it could have been better maintained; it never felt as clean as expected despite the available chemicals. We also had heavy snowfall and had to shovel around it to access the lid, so a bit more hands-on oversight would have...

"Maison confortable, accueillante, bien équipée, propre. Service rapide suite à une demande. Le seul problème demeure l'accès extérieur: escalier non sécuritaire, marches de hauteur inégales, absence de rampe, absence d'éclairage le soir. L'accès est particulièrement pénible pour les personnes ainées.La communication en français serait appréciée. "

"Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. The views from bedrooms, living room, and hot tub are stunning. Everything in the home is nice quality and up to date. Comfortable seating and sleeping. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix and snowmobiling. Just 5 to 10 min to downtown BSP, so very convenient."

"Combination of 2 units was ideal for our group of 11 with plenty of room for meals and relaxation. 10 minute drive to Massif for skiing. 2 large hot tubs were great for relaxing after a day of skiing. Would definitely book again."

"Pas déneigé, pas de bois, de savon, de rallonge pour le poêle à fondue, pas de retour, on devait avoir un rabais et rien eu. À ce prix, jamais je n’y retournerai. Déçue 😞 "
