"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

"We enjoyed everything about our stay at this cottage. So cozy and comfortable We found everything we needed . Even found beach chairs. Host was so nice to communicate with. If you’re looking for a charming cottage in a great location this is it! The only thing we wanted that was not there was a couple of wine glasses. "

"Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. "Had a nice stay at this condo. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad. I didn’t give a perfect rating because the condo was outdated with finishings and the coffee maker was kinda cheap and flimsy. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Nice waterfront view from the living room area."

"The property was fantastic, location magical and we hope to return… our big issue was that a good chunk of the house had been closed off, including the washer and dryer, and the room I was going to sleep in, really put a kink into the stay. "We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!"

"We drove up to the Cape for a wedding at the Ocean Edge. We loved being so close to everything we needed. The space was great for one couple and another adult since master bedrooms were well spaced. Owner was very attentive to texts. Great space/ great time! "
