Graceland was perfect

This place was the perfect host for our yearly family event that included several adults, teenagers, and children. The party barn was an absolute hit. The owner of the property was attentive, responsive, and extreamly helpful throughout the entire process. We will deffinatly be booking with him again in the future.

Graceland Getaway

We had our families Christmas gathering here over the New Years Weekend and it was perfect. The house was decorated, very clean, comfortable beds for all, great entertainment, along with TVs so we didn’t miss any football games. This place has it all and is close to groceries and shopping. Steven was a top notch host who promptly answered all of our questions. Definitely would stay again!

Great multi generation space

We had family from age 75 to 4 and everything in between. There were 18 of us staying here and 4 more hanging out and there was plenty of room and areas for the teens, the 4 and 5 year olds and of course the adults. That party barn was amazing!!! Nice size hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as lots of big communal areas and a huge well stocked kitchen. Everyone loved it!

Amazing & Better Than adverstised

This place is amazing, The house is huge and has plenty of beds for people to sleep and the game barn or party barn was amazing. This is located off a main road in West Des Moines and you are only a few short minutes away from everything you need but the great thing is that you feel as you are out in the country. A ton of deer are on the property and there is so much to do. Our Guest Host Benda was spectacular and answered some of our questions we had and responded quickly every time. We had so much fun that the bowling team and I are going to rent it out again this summer just to go back and hang out for a weekend. I would recommend this place to any one.

Awesome property! Warm, large, & inviting! The barn was a huge hit for all ages! Comfortable beds, all the amenities one could ask for, and simply gorgeous grounds! Thank you for allowing our east coast family to unite with all of our Midwest siblings and their children!

Odyssey of the mind world finial’s in Ames,Iowa

Great place, lots of room for everyone. The children had lots of fun in the game Garage place was Awesome and we enjoyed the fire pit and horseshoes. We didn’t win at world finals but the had a Wonderful experience thanks for being apart of it we look forward to next time

Parents 75th birthdays

Des Moines is our 1/2 way meeting point and the Hawks and the Huskers both played on Saturday- so we watched the games up at t$3 game room! We took pictures outside! We we enjoyed the entire weekend, It was great! !

Family Gathering

Consider this rental as a family gathering place. My 4 children, their families and I rented this and were very pleased. 10 children 2-14 enjoyed the playground equipment. There’s also tether ball, horse shoes, plenty of lawn area for frisbee, playing with balls and simply running around. Everyone played and everyone enjoyed the many things to do in the party barn. Although there were 21 of us we had plenty of room inside and didn’t feel crowded or on top of each other. There were several areas inside and outside to gather and visit. The beds were comfortable. There’s also a hot tub available and a grill and a smoker. The owner was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Amazing VRBO

This place was amazing! Stephen was very accommodating in every way. We had a group of 9 adults for a birthday party and everyone was amazed at the space. There was room for many more. The party shed is so much fun! So many options of things to entertain yourself with. It also had air conditioning which was a huge benefit. It was very quiet even though you are so close to all the fun of the Jordan Creek area. We saw deer in our driveway multiple times. We will for sure stay again!

FUN and SPACIOUS!

We loved all the games, outdoor space, hot tub and other amenities this rental had to offer! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms makes this property perfect for large groups of adults! The rental was updated and clean, plus the beds and pillows were very comfortable! I would give more stars if I could, I highly recommend this property!

Even Better than Expected

My group and I were absolutely blown away by Graceland. The pictures somehow don't even do it justice. Very convenient location and great price for this HUGE house. We could've spent the entire two days in the party room. Ping pong, pool, arcades, Sonos for your music, what more could you want? Steven and Emily were kind, communicative, and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Can't wait to come back!

Easter weekend get away. Traveled from Arkansas to find a real comfortable fun place to stay.
