"We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. "The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

"It will definitely be my go to place to stay when travelling to Manchester- i feel safe in the room (it's only a small thing but it's very important to me, it has the catch to go across the door so noone could get in so makes me feel safer) great location, lovely shower and comfy bed, what more could you want."

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."

Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - vielen lieben Dank! Das Standardzimmer ist, wie oft in England üblich, recht klein und wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es, dass man zumindest 1-2 Wandregale anbringen könnte, um seine Sachen zu verstauen.
