Beautiful Victorian home in clean, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from City Park and the zoo, 1 mile from RINO/Five Points and 2 miles from Cap Hill! 3 bedroom, 2 bath with hot tub, plenty of free street front parking. Big backyard with fire-pit. Sleeps 7 with 2 air mattresses for additional guests. Great central location near multiple Denver attractions without the congestion of downtown.

There’s street sweeping in front of the house on the 2nd Tuesday of the month between April and November. On the opposite side of the street, the sweeping is the 2nd Wednesday of the month between April and November. If your dates overlap with that just make sure you move your car before 8am to avoid a ticket.

Fun weekend getaway!

Great stay at Dillon's place. Location was convenient and communication was excellent! The hot tub was a plus for us. The house is spacious and was perfect for our small group, but we could have easily had more. I will be back for sure, my kids would love this place too!

Amazing property in heart of the city!

We stayed a final night in the city of Denver for our vacation from Maine. This house was SO lovely and amenities were really well thought out. We found everything we needed and were very comfortable. Close to amazing neighborhoods, the Zoo, Botanic Gardens and parks galore. On street parking was no problem. Owners were very communicative and flexible with our connections from another stay and flights so we didn't have to wander around until the house was ready. Really appreciated this!

Lovely Place

Stayed here with my father while he had a small medical procedure at a nearby hospital. I loved the decor and neighborhood. I stayed on the second floor and was surprised by all of the amenities up there. Dad did well staying on the first floor and had everything he needed downstairs after his procedure. Definitely recommend this place and neighborhood for families.
