The Space:
Welcome to your spacious, multi-level headquarters! This unique apartment is perfectly set up for groups, offering a blend of private sleeping areas, dedicated gathering spaces, and amazing communal perks like the shared rooftop deck. You're staying in a vibrant building right above Mr. Biscuits Bakery and an art studio, putting you right in the heart of the action.
Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms
This apartment features four cozy bedrooms spread across three levels, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone:
2 King Suites: Two bedrooms feature comfortable King beds, clothing storage, extra blankets, and a mounted HD Roku TV. One of these includes a private en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
2 Bunk Rooms: The remaining two bedrooms feature comfortable bunk beds, also equipped with shelves, hangers, and mounted HD Roku TVs.
3 Full Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms with showers ensure no waiting! They are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
Kitchen & Living Areas
The apartment’s layout offers plenty of room to spread out and relax:
Kitchen: The bright, cheerful kitchen is ready for all your meal prep needs. It features a full-sized stove and refrigerator, a mini dishwasher, a microwave, and a rolling bar cart for extra counter space. We provide a fully stocked coffee bar (Keurig, sugar, creamer), plus seasonings, olive oil, dishes, and cookware.
Living & Dining: Down the stairs on the lower level, you’ll find the spacious combined living and dining area. Gather around the large dining table or relax on the sectional sofa while watching the mounted HD Roku TV.
Reading Nook: A small, quiet nook with a loveseat and shelves of board games is tucked near the bunk rooms—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Shared Amenities & Local Vibe
Rooftop Patio: Step outside and enjoy the scenery on the shared rooftop deck! This deck, shared with two other short-term rental apartments, offers multiple chairs and tables for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the (usually perfect!) Denver weather. Please be mindful of other guests when using this space.
Laundry: A shared laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus complimentary detergent and dryer sheets, is conveniently located at the top of the main stairs.
Parking: Enjoy free parking in the parking lot or available street parking.
Local Flair: You're located right in the same building as the beloved Mr. Biscuits Bakery (try the cinnamon rolls!) and an art & framing studio that often hosts local events.

Guest Access:
As guests, you will have private access to the entire four-bedroom apartment. You will have access to multiple shared spaces such as the main hallway, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a hallway bathroom, and the spacious rooftop deck.
Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building. The fire alarms are very sensitive!
You may smoke on the rooftop deck but do not leave any butts or paraphernalia around and be mindful of other guests on the deck.
The Neighborhood:
As one of Denver’s blossoming cultural districts, Ridge at 38 is your place for events, shopping and restaurants in downtown Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Our eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants and shopping serve the community and invite visitors, offering a taste of small-town life without the driving. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. There is a large bicycle shop right across the street for all of your cycling needs.
Getting Around:
The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park, a bicycle store and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and a spa. Lyft and Uber are both also available. Check out RTD-Denver to jump on the bus stop just on the corner of our block!
Other Things to Note:
This is fully self check-in, you'll be given two access codes, one to the front door and one to the apartment unit.
You may park in the parking lot to the left of the building by the flower mural. There are signs that say 2 hour parking but they are not enforced.
For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and share important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.
