Seaside luxury living in Dennis Port! Welcome to Shore House. This spacious home has undergone a renovation and is ready to host your group of 8. The house features a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and high-end quartzite counters plus all updated bathrooms. Central AC has been installed so you'll always be comfortable. Relax on the new furniture and bedding in the two living areas, both with TV's. The primary bedroom is on the main level with a private bath along with two other bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find a large super cool kids room with 2 twin beds plus a queen bed. There's also another loft living space with a TV and an absolutely massive 8-person sectional couch for a second hangout space.

Outside you have a deck, patio and new dining area, along with an outdoor shower. The patio features a fire pit to enjoy the cool Cape evenings. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the street. The neighborhood is a classic beach community without any traffic concerns. Take a walk up to Sundae School for evening ice cream or head just over a mile to downtown Dennis Port for dining and shopping.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–October. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

The house was in a perfect location. The interior was even nicer than we anticipated from the photos. Comfortable beds and chairs thought out the house. Multiple areas to hang out with family. Overall just a great place to stay for a family vacation.

Awesome return to the Cape

This property was the perfect home for our return to the cape after 15 years. The home layout was perfect for our 3 families to come together under one roof and there was easily room for more. Kitchen was completely appointed, lacked nothing. Perfect mid cape location with short walk to beach and fabulous restaurants. Loved this property

Wonderful home, comfy mattresses in 1st floor bedrooms (we did not use 2nd floor beds). More than enough outdoor seating in the sun and in the shade. TV in every bedroom assures all occupants can view their streaming preference. Short walk to Sea St Beach is awesome for beach lovers! Be sure to visit Sundae School ice cream which is in walking distance. Thank you for allowing the canine family member to join us. The neighborhood walks were quite enjoyable.

Perfect spot for old friends reconnecting for a Pelham House wedding

Four couples stayed here for two friends' wedding weekend at the Pelham House. Couldn't ask for a better location or house to share lots of laughs, reminisce and make new memories. Super quick walk (even in heels!) to the Pelham House and convenient to the adorable Harwichport Center which offered cute lunch options, nail salons for wedding prep and cute boutiques for shopping, even in the off season. House was clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Great house

We had a group of 5 adults and 4 kids, and we all enjoyed this house more than any of the ones we've stayed at in previous years. Plenty of room, nice finishes, and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor shower! The only downside was house noise audible in the downstairs bedrooms, but that was easily solved by placing the bathmat to block the opening under the bedroom door. Property managers were easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely rent this house again.

Smaller house that maximizes space for 8 adults to stay comfortably for multiple nights!

Booked this house for family thanksgiving with total of 8 adults. Three bedrooms downstairs with two full baths and one massive bedroom upstairs w a half bath worked for our group. Kitchen was great for prepping lots of food (we did bring some of our own stuff because it was thanksgiving). Large couch area upstairs was great for watching football games and downstairs had smaller room to hang out and watch tv too. Beautiful location - easy short walk to beach. Nice neighborhood so I felt comfortable running by myself. Check in and out was easy. No issues experiencing during our stay but all my east questions I had prior to check in were answered promptly.

Perfect spot

We were a mixed group meeting up for a wedding. 9 adults and 1 child, the house was perfect and we had the best time. Super close to the beach and lovely neighborhood to walk in. The house was super clean and easy to check in/out. Great stay!

7 adults stayed here for a family wedding at The Pelham house. It was plenty big for us and the house is just as advertised- beautiful -and the beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Memories of the Cape

I brought my family to the Cape so they would enjoy fun memories as I did as a child. The house was beautiful and very spacious for 7. A short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, although some closed since it was the end of September. Would recommend this house.

Labor Day Visit

We had a great stay at the “Shore House”. There was plenty of room, places to sleep, and very clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, we just wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Great vacation home!

The house was terrific. Great open floor plan. Nice front BBQ area. Great fire pit and lovely back deck. We do have a few requests. 1. Make sure all tv remotes and TVs are working. 2. Back dining room sliding glass door was very dirty. 3. Need reading lamps in each bedroom. Could not read in bed. 4. Mirrors in the bedrooms are a must. We all wanted to use the only 2 mirrors in the house. They were located over the bathroom vanities.

Great place to stay on the Cape!

As Cape residents looking for a place to stay while our house was under renovation, we knew the location was perfect. For those who don't know the Cape, the house is centrally located in Dennisport. Its easy to get to anywhere on the Cape from DP. Since our stay was in the latter part of Sept & early Oct, many of the local businesses were closed for the season. But there were are still plenty of places to go to have a great meal - just not within walking distance. The house lived up to our expectations as the website described the property very well. The house was very well equipped right down to scissors & batteries. The only negative is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Its seems that the cleaning crew relied on previous occupants to keep the oven & cooking things (pots/baking sheets/microwave etc.) clean & that wasn't the case. We had to wash most of what we used before we cooked anything. The dishes, silverware & glassware were fine as was the rest of the house. I would highly recommend this property & the Dennis area. Great place to visit or live!

AMAZING

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is very comfortable for a large group with plenty of space outdoors and indoors for people to spend time either together or apart :) The location is perfect. Great vacation home!

House very clean..kitchen was large and fully stocked. plenty of room for whole family (8 adults and 1 baby), great loft family room for night time board games...short walk to small beach and managable walk to a bigger one. Enjoyed the week!

Great location. Really clean. Can walk to beach at end of street and also walk to sea street beach. Also great house for little kids able walk to Sundae School for ice cream. Cape cod getaway

This property was excellent....location was awesome...short walk to the beach and to the Sundae school ice cream. Very comfortable accommodation. There were 11 of us and everyone had a place to relax and enjoy themselves—watch tv, read a book or play a boardgame...
