"I stayed here for a concert at the arena so mainly picked it due to its location to the venue.
However I’m so glad I did. The room I stayed in was immaculate. Felt like everything was brand new with how clean it was. It also had a lovely aesthetic that made it feel like I was staying in luxury. Best of all the staff were so lovely. Many people from the concert were staying there and at the end of the night as everyone was returning they had treats laid out for people to snack on while waiting...

"The staff were all so nice and helpful, rooms and everything seemed very clean and organised. Also provide free underground parking which is great. Breakfast is simple but definitely appreciated it regardless.
We shattered glass in the garage and the staff that we alerted was really kind. We offered to clean up our mess but they ended up taking care of everything. (PS, make sure you front park where the sign says so you don’t make the same mistake as us LOL)
Would definitely come back!"

"Basic hotel that's clean. Very basic supplies in the room (no ceramic cups, only two glasses and two plastic "mugs"). As platinum Expedia members we had "$30 complementary credit per day". We stayed two nights and assumed we would have $60 credit, but on checking out we were told that because we only dined at the restaurant on one day, we could only claim $30."

"Is this ri
We booked a room at the Shangri-La Sydney for over $750 for one night to celebrate my sister’s birthday, expecting a special and memorable experience.
Later in the evening, a couple of her friends came to our room around 10:30 pm to celebrate with us. We were laughing, talking and enjoying our time together when the hotel manager arrived with another staff member. They were very strict and firm in their approach, telling us to be quiet and that our friends had to leave within 30...
