Beach, pool, & all amenities are all open! Enjoy ocean front elegance in a 3,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,& another 500 square feet on the balcony! All rooms have access to the balcony with an ocean view & a built in Jenn Air Grill. One of the few 4 bedrooms on the beach! The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have four full twin size roll away beds.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

Family of 12

Property is large enough for our family of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids. Anna the owner was very helpful and met all of our needs. The balcony was off limits due to cleaning and painting. With 6 kids this was very frustrating, as we were depending on the kids being able to get out on the balcony and eat and play. Overall the space was good, and large enough for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, and better organizing.

Daytona Beach Shores

This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful, spacious and very nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and family time together. The amenities for the complex were also top notch. Parking and security for the complex was definitely a bonus. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

the parking is terrible! Not enough parking spaces for a 4 bedroom condo. Very tight with large SUVs. We were not told that our Truck wouldn't even fit in the North Parking deck. Only the South with minimal spaces available for the second spot.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Ocean Vistas is our favorite condo complex to rent from each summer, and this unit has our favorite layout. Beautiful open living with view & plenty of bedroom layouts to accommodate multiple guests. We had a fantastic time!

Bigger than we thought

The condo is a great space for 2 families. There are are good and not so good points to the place. Good: Great location •Traffic light to turn into condo parking garage road that is also beach access road. • Space was large. Big enough for 2 families, with kids sharing rooms. Two primary bedrooms for adults. •Kitchen was large and clean •Washer and dryer worked great •Bathrooms were spacious •Balcony was large •Beds were super comfortable •Roll out beds available if needed •Plenty of seating and comfortable Not so good: •Min. supplies left. •2 dishwashing pods for an entire week •1 extra trash bag •smallest dishwashing soap container I have ever seen. •1 roll paper towels •2 rolls of TP per bathroom •1/2 box Kleenex •Pots and pans were old and used •No cereal bowls •4 extra small beach towels for entire house •Lint trap in dryer was super full and hasn't been emptied in weeks. Fire hazard •kitchen sink clogged 2nd night and needed a plumber to be fixed. Gross stuff that we had not put in sink came up. •Rugs can be cleaned or replaced. •Patio table was filthy •Patio glass needed cleaning. Bird poo everywhere •Light switches were very confusing. Couldn't figure out how to turn on primary bedroom fan and main light. •One designated parking spot. The other one is first come and hope you get it. Don't recommend going during Jeep week! LOL Overall the place was nice. However, a few more everyday essentials should be available.

Family friendly, prompt check-in, quiet and secure property. Very accessible hosts and quick to help answer any questions or fix/find anything needed. Would book again if visiting Daytona.

Annual Family Vacation

We were not sure that we would like being in Daytona after staying in Flagler for the past 12 years but this condo was wonderful. It is very spacious and gave us plenty of areas to gather as a family. The large balcony is so nice for morning coffee! The initial check-in which was a little lengthy because we had never stayed there before and the ramp to the beach was closed. But public beach access is just outside the garage. We will be back!

Perfect for our needs!

This property is beautiful and centrally located right on the beach. Just a short drive from restaurants and other activities. We felt very safe in and around the building and had all of the amenities we wanted. It was not overran with spring breakers and everyone we interacted with was very nice. Everything was open on the property, with the exception of the ramp to the beach but it was easy to get to the beach and we were told ahead of time. The pool was so nice- clean and it was warm, even during a couple of chilly days. Our condo was a large space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We had a gorgeous view. Dennis was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us throughout our stay. April helped us get settled in and was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat if we make it back to the area!

Large attractive apartment

The apartment was large and attractively decorated, with a view of the ocean. The building was very nice and seemed to be well-maintained. It was right on the beach, as well as having a large pool. April was very helpful.

Amazing Condo

Best family vacation ever. Condo was just as pictured. Nice beds, great security, and very large. Perfect condo for a large family. Balcony was also large and very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this unit. Will definitely be booking again.

Needs Tender Loving Care

Very surprised seeing 5 star ratings and walking into the master shower covered in mold and worn away caulking. The hall bathroom shower curtain was covered in mold and there was a hole in the ceiling all the way through to pipes we had to stuff paper in it so nothing would crawl through, damaged walls that needed desperate repair. The floors were not cleaned making our feet black after walking around a bit, cups and food in-between couch and under tables. Not much in kitchen utensils some were broken or rusted. Had to clean glasses that were put in cabinet dirty. Property manager shut me down told me I needed to take it up with April who is over housekeeping. Ummm not my responsibility....and too much needed repair and not a quick fix. The location is great, April who welcomed us was very nice and apologetic over the conditions but the condo has not been cared for in a good while. I've stayed in many 4 bedroom vacation condos, townhouses etc. This by far was very disappointing for the money paid.

Beautiful Unit

Large unit was spacious for our group of 9 adults and teens. Unit has everything you need from bath towels, beach towels, kitchen pots and pans, 2 coffee makers and bedding. We did have an ongoing problem with the dryer that ended up with a new dryer being installed then some duct work cleaning over a 3 day period, but Dennis and April were fast to respond to the problem. Property was well maintained and pool and hottub were wonderful. Would recommend!
