"The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!"

"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"The treehouse was so cute and cozy! We loved using the hot tub on the cool nights. We loved the secluded feel and being close to several hiking trails/state parks. Our favorite trail was twin falls at Rock Island State Park. "

"What a wonderful place to visit!! Inside was charming with great views of the lake through large picture windows! We felt at home!! We highly recommend this place!!! They even offer small craft and a convenient dock!! We also enjoyed the variety of birds…. Egrets and bald eagles along with kingfishers and others. We would love to visit again!! "
