"Conveniently located in the South End of downtown Halifax, this VRBO is in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, Queen’s Marque, and the Public Gardens. I enjoyed the area and felt very safe walking everywhere. The Blue George room looked generally like the listing, but the decor felt less refined in person than in the photos. "Nice apartment and close to Halifax waterfront. Washer and dryer was nice to have access to given we were at the mid point of our stay. Parking was a plus and easy to coordinator with owner prior to arrival. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, I gave a lower cleanliness rating due to multiple long black hairs on the fitted white sheet which made me question if the bed had been cleaned prior to our arrival and the sofa was covered in short white pet hair. "

"I loved the restored historic apartment complete with original doors and bedroom floor as well as claw foot tub/shower and exposed brick. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Timely communication with host including attention to requests. Excellent walkable location to restaurants and attractions.The staircase while grand made luggage lifting necessary.photos on listing not updated."
