The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. "Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed.
