"The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night."

"Everything was great - very quiet neighborhood. Very large kitchen and living room and master bedroom and bath are large. The other bedroom very good size, plenty of closet space. Beds are very comfortable! House was very clean and just as pictured. There is a full size coffee maker. Patio was nice and private. Patrick was great - very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!"

"Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. "

"It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. "
