"Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

"Helt fantastisk! De ansatte er bare verdens fineste, søteste, mest hjelpsomme menneskene. Hele stedet er i et med jungelen, vi hadde en lux rom ut mot vulkanen / skogen. Alt var rent, fresht og høy standard. "

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. We also enjoyed our complimentary nature walk in the morning,...

"The property itself was in excellent condition. The plants, various pools, view of Arenal Volcano and the location from town we're all ideal. The only thing we would suggest is to have more variety for breakfast. Felt a bit simple. Other than that it was a lovely visit."

"The staff, in particular leyling and Kendal, we so friendly and attentive and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. Happy hour at the restaurant was a draw. And we dined there on two occasions - the food was very good. There is a kitchen area for the guests. The pool was small but very refreshing."
