"I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that!

Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith."

"We came for the BTS concert. Our hotel had our room ready for us when we arrived at 12p prior to the normal 4pm check in, which was amazing. The hotel is right in the center of restaurants/coffee places. It was perfect for us to see some sights and attend the concert!"
