"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
dirty stains on...

"Night away with my wife, the suite was spacious and the bedroom separate from the sitting area makes it so different to the standard hotel room.
Very clean too and probably the most fluffiest towels I’ve ever come across. "

"Absolutely stunning place i was not sure on which cabin in was so phoned up and the gentleman was so polite and made sure i had everything i needed whilst guiding me to the correct one. Provides everything you need from makeup table plenty mirrors and even apps on the tv.
We had a lovely nighf sleep "
