"Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy."

"We arrived and immediately noticed that the sidewalk was dangerous between the driveway and the stairs. As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling...

"STAY AWAY,Pics are doctored up.This is in a basement ,each room has its own keypad on door &very small rooms ,bathrooms are about 3 foot by 3 foot .And worry of all .We were down there from California for my first grandchild to have a 1/4 of his left lung removed at Philly Children’s hospital after being flown from California immediately after birth.So I had to leave my 3 daughters at the room cause not allowed to visit .About 10 minutes after leaving ,they call and ask me if I just put the key...

"I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race.
