"The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

"The front entrance to the office parking space to enter. I was in room 301 and the air conditioner had very loud noises coming from it throughout the night. Stairwell was right next to my room and we heard door slamming to 1:30 in the morning. There was an extreme amount of loud communication in the hallways. I didn’t see very many places that I felt comfortable to walk around, looking for something to do."

"We were here 5 days. When we got there we noticed that we had two shampoos and a conditioner and no body wash along with no tissues. The first day the front desk agent brushed it off, the second day we got left a bag at our door with a box of tissues and a bottle of conditioner.
About half way during our stay it rained, we were on the top floor and woke up to the roof leaking at 4:30 am on our bed! We called the front desk who at first brought a towel and trash can. There was a water stain...

"The hotel was beautiful and classy. The rooms were very nice and clean. My one complaint was the lighting - it was SO dark. There are no overhead lights in the room, just two very dim lamps. But not only that, they have some sort of tint on the windows AND the mirror so you don't even get natural light. I was trying to do my makeup in the mirror and it looked like I was trying to do it at 8pm with no lights on, but it was noon. This is such a minor complaint but it made it difficult to get...

"front desk staff helpful at check in, but refused my request for housekeeping on second day, insisted they only housekeep every 3 days!! not even coffee packet refills. I had to insist on change of linens (because of an accident), told we’d have to make it ourselves (housekeeping did end up making the bed). The bathroom door was a sliding barn style door that was so hard to move, didn’t block sound, and squeaked so loudly it would wake the dead. TV had no streaming options and no movies on...
