"Good-close to downtown and other sites. Breakfast was very good too!! Loved the coffee!!
Bed-when we arrived at 630pm our room was not clean and ready. It was the last room and took 2 hours for us to get into the room. Wifi only works in the Lobby, not in our room. Ice machine located outside our door and very noisy. Phone not connected. Shower dials broken and about to fall off the wall. Housekeepers only left decaf coffee every time. Much improvement needed!!!!!"

"The property is old and the rooms have outdoor access. Amenities are not convenient to the rooms. A second level room requires stairs. An adjoining room to the check in area, to purchase breakfast, was most uninviting. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but mounted bath products had to be squeezed hard to get even a trickle.
This stay was just okay. It should not be rated wonderful on Expedia."

"The Guadalupe Inn is well located within walking distance of the central area and the Railyard district. It is kind of quirky but so comfortable and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities one would expect. Breakfast was excellent. I loved it's location as I had my dog with me and it is perfect for getting out with him when we walk..quiet residential area, safe and very walkable. There are several restaurants located a few minutes from the Inn if you don't want to...

"We thought the room was beautiful, as was the view. The lobby bar was elegant and the bartenders were attentive. The only complaint that we have is the room’s bathrooms were REALLY SMALL. The shower was hard to navigate because it was so tight. It was very difficult to have two people trying to get ready at the same time. This difficulty, however, will not dissuade us from staying there again, or recommending the hotel to our friends."

"Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again."

"Our King room with sitting area (2 rooms) was very disappointing. Bathroom needed maintenance, the floor was slippery. The ceiling AC was in the sitting area which included an old couch and the attached bedroom was one step up. No AC in the bedroom or fan so we had to lower the temp in the next room sitting area to make do. No TV in the sitting area.
Breakfast was nice. Convenient washer, bit a rather dirty dryer.
No ramp or easy way to bring your baggage up or down from about 10 steps up from...

"Don’t book this place based on the photos. While yes it is pretty and overall 7/10. The photos make it look much much nicer. Pool. 4th of July weekend and they only had pool service for 3-4 hours. The pool is tiny. The food is ok but for 50-60/person it wasn’t that great. Room was comfortable but definitely older."
