I was pleasantly surprised that my room was cleaned each day…trash emptied, bed made, etc. The only thing challenging was the traffic noise. Lots of cars with loud engines racing down the street. "Our one bedroom suite was a great room and the value for the room was outstanding given the price paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels, kitchenette had everything needed to make breakfasts, the location the property was within very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and the Canyon Road art galleries. Unexpected bonus was that laundry facilities were included in the room cost and so it allowed us to do a load as we travel fairly...

"The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to meet our needs especially since our arrival was delayed by an accident that detained us for over an hour and a half. The breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have warm dishes like most facilities have these days.
