"The house & property are immaculate & gorgeous! From the moment we arrived we knew it was someplace special. Every need was thought out in advance: soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, & plenty of TP! The kitchen was fully stocked with every small appliance imaginable. A bottle of wine & snacks as well as Nespresso pods & local coffee were there for us to enjoy. Even though our stay included a tropical storm, we always felt safe. We are so glad we found the Janie Ruth & we will return!"

"Clean comfortable quiet home. The location was perfect for us to attend graduation as it was close to our son’s location. We tend to use the kitchen and this one had everything we needed as well as a decent array of spices. Outside covered patio was great for am breakfast. We didn’t use the hot tub but I could see stargazing at night if we had. My adult son liked the quiet escape of the casita. It was nice and didn’t feel like a demotion from being in the main house. Would rent again!"

"Beware, the pictures must have been taken when it was new. Arrived on site at 4 pm as denoted on the check-in instructions. Went inside and discovered that they were still in the process of cleaning. Bed wasn't made, bathroom wasn't done, debris on the sofa, crumbs or something on the countertop. Called the host, no answer and it wouldn't leave a message. I called VRBO and while on the line, they tried to call the host with no answer. Due to a dinner I had that night, not being able to...

"This place was so perfect for a fun pool day. We bought a few blowup floaties and were happy to see they had a couple more in a storage box. Everything was so easy! The rooms are so much more spacious than we thought. When the sun went down, all the kids are singing karaoke in the living room off the tv. Game room was perfect for kiddos. The bunk beds are so much bigger than they look and easily fit two people per bed. 10/10 We loved it!"

"Says sleeps 16. We were able to do this however that is with utilizing the two futons which are very hard and uncomfortable, and two on the sofa. And we had to pull bedding off of beds to have enough bedding. We were told a washer would be available but it was not where we were told it had been moved into cabin but was not hooked up. Otherwise nice cabin. Beautiful location."
