Well appointed private home on 8 fenced acres with a stocked pond. It bodes oversized porches overlooking the property, high speed internet, lots of covered parking, clawfoot tub with a view, wet bar, stainless appliances, and so many more features.
The Whitehouse is only 10 min from downtown Hammond, 15 min to Covington and Madisonville, and 50 min to the New Orleans Airport.

Smelled like mold and mildew, stove top and front of stove dirty, bugs everywhere. Picture of the front of house misleading--dead tree in front , lawn not mowed. Did not stay there.

Awesome spot in Robert!

Quiet wonderful home on a large lot with a private pond. Very quiet and peaceful. We will try and stay here again when we return.

Great stay

Loved so many things about this property. Great house on a beautiful property. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. There were a few things I would have changed, the master bedroom had a queen bed instead of a king as described in the listing and there were a few areas in the closets that looked like they werent cleaned as well as I’d expect. The pros: the property was gorgeous and private. It was easy to get in. We loved the porches and the house was nice and redone. We would stay again

Wonderful getaway in the country but close to the interstate! Very peaceful

The communication between the host is perfect! The home is very spacious and well appointed and the two porch areas are super nice to enjoy the nature. The interior of the home was very clean (it’s an older home that has been VERY nicely redone). We had terrible weather this week, and the home was still fully accessible (no high water in the parking or drive).

Stayed here one night with my family on our way to New Orleans. Very cozy and enough room for 6 adults. We loved the privacy of being out of town but not too far out!

Pit stop on the way to Florida

House was clean and beautifully decorated. Simple and easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable but could have used ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Bring fishing gear!

Great stay. Recommend owner remove description of a stocked pond until it is restocked. Other than that All amenities were better than expected. Thanks to all whom made this anniversary trip one of our best BMR
