"Upon arrival to de Playa de Palma IS, the staff made you feel very welcomed. The aroma of the lobby was breathtaking and you were serve a cold beverage while you wait to be checked in. Our room was clean and inviting, food options were vast and delicious. Daily activities for everyone’s enjoyment. The pool was cold although they said it was heated so we couldn’t enjoy and so was the beach but overall, our day was GREAT…"

"It was alright. I wouldn't call it five star by any stretch. Stayed at a handful of three star hotels in Barcelona and Paris and the service was exceptionally better there. We had Star Prestige and the all inclusive. Star Prestige not worth it. All inclusive is "mostly" inclusive and the food was alright but not "five star" amazing. There is a limit of three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three at dinner. Having a limit on quantity is fine, but it would've been nice to be able to get a drink by...

"Super séjour en all inclusive. Super accueil. Buffet excellent avec personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Pas gènant en soi mais si on avait su on aurait pris une chambre avec supplément ailleurs dans l'hôtel (avec vue dans les étages par expl). En tout cas souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour."
