"Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!"

"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend. "
