Conveniently located in Cortona, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 28 km (18 mi) from Arezzo. Villa Santa Maria is a beautiful stone building (500 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms.

The villa is located just at 500 meters (15 minute walk) from the heart of the historical center of the famous Etruscan town of Cortona.
The rental is composed of 2 adjacent units, both with an independent access from the garden, however they are rented together.

Your Experience
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished balcony is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.

Dramatic location, short walk to town

We enjoyed the villa, the garden and the pool area - all offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. It is a short walk to Cortona, some of which is uphill - but the town itself is on a hill anyway, and we 60s managed fine (there are several taxi companies as well).
